The 8th meeting of the Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) Policy Board was held on September 24, 2024, at NAPHDA's Head Office in Islamabad. The meeting was chaired by Acting Chairman NAPHDA, Major General Amer Aslam Khan HI (M), T. Bt (Retd). The meeting of the Policy Board was attended by Mr. Alamgir Ahmed Khan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Works; Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Joint Secretary, Cabinet Division; Mr. Athar Sajid Khan, Joint Secretary, Finance Division; Col. Dr. Waqas Anwar, Member IRC Planning Commission; Mr. Zaigham Mahmood Rizvi, Mr. Asif Raza Sana; and senior officials from various branches and regional offices of NAPHDA. The Policy Board confirmed the minutes of its 7th meeting and reviewed progress on NAPHDA's ongoing low-income housing projects in collaboration with provincial governments and development authorities. The meeting also focused on the way forward for completion of these projects.
